About the Author
H. Patrick Taylor made a career of serving his native state, holding multiple prominent positions, including Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives, Chairman of the State Board of Mental Health and Lieutenant Governor. The recipient of countless citations for his work throughout the state, Taylor remains a practicing attorney and active resident of Wadesboro, North Carolina.
