About the Author

James M. Kramon, Esq., a graduate of George Washington and Harvard Law Schools, served as a federal prosecutor for four years and then opened his own law firm in Baltimore, Maryland. Over the past thirty years, his clients have included paupers and billionaires, mom-and-pop businesses and international corporations, and everything in between. Mr. Kramon has represented hospitals, construction companies, manufacturers of goods, providers of services, insurance companies, financial institutions, real estate developers, and government agencies.

Mr. Kramon has held various positions in bar associations and public-service organizations, and has taught courses at several law schools. In his over fifty articles and two previous books, Mr. Kramon has discussed a wide variety of legal and social issues.
