About the Author
Robert J. Fletcher, DSW, ACSW, is the CEOof theNational Association for the Dually Diagnosed. He lives inKingston, New York. Earl Loschen, MD, is a professor emeritusof psychiatry atthe Southern Illinois University School of Medicine inSpringfield, Illinois. Chrissoula Stavrakaki, MD, PhD, is a professor of psychiatry at theUniversity of Ottawa in Ontario. Michael First, MD, is a professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia University in New York. He lives in New York City."
