From the Back Cover

"The pain of witnessing a loved one's hard heart. How do you bear it? How do you respond to it? How do you understand it? Few have dared to guide us through such a season--for that reason, the book you hold is invaluable. If you have a prodigal in your life, Tom Bisset has a word for you. May God use the book and its readers as aqueducts of His unending love."     -Max Lucado

Never give up on a prodigal. God doesn't.

If your heart is broken because a loved one has turned away from the Christian faith he or she once held dear, read Good News About Prodigals. Tom Bisset has talked with dozens of people who abandoned their faith and was astonished and thrilled to learn that most prodigals--of various ages--do come back. What hope and encouragement this discovery offers to despairing families and loved ones!

Bisset says that just as people leave their faith for specific, identifiable reasons, they also come back for definite reasons:

• The influence of another person
• A difficult personal or family problem
• A sense of emotional or spiritual emptiness
• Concern over their children's moral and spiritual future
• An unexpected, life-changing spiritual experience

Rest assured that God loves your prodigal even more than you do. Learn what you can do to cooperate with Him in restoring and welcoming your loved one back into a vital Christian faith.
