Ellen Sussman is a freelance educational writer who created her first teaching idea in fourth grade. After teaching elementary school in New York City and Los Angeles, Ellen enjoys developing, writing and editing creative educational materials while being a correspondent for a local newspaper in Vermont. Her home office is decorated with vintage framed prints of Sally, Dick and Jane.
Dick Sussman's writing background includes screenplays, poetry and instructional magazine articles. His creative expression extends as well to oil painting and the beauty of his favorite sport--billiards. An inveterate researcher, art history is another major hobby.
