From the Author

This book was a passionate project for over nine years. I was determined to write about how our environments can and do play a significant role in our disconnection from the natural world. I wanted to share the simplicity of seeing the Five Elements in nature and how bringing those aspects in our homes we could plug into the attributes and energy to create more peace and joy in our lives.
