Norman Levitt is professor of mathematics at Rutgers University and the author of Grassmannians and Gauss Maps in Piecewise-Linear Topology. Martin W. Lewis is professor of geography at Duke University and the author of Green Delusions: An Environmentalist Critique of Radical Environmentalism.
