Computer expert Steve Parker is sent to the U.S. Embassy in Romania to complete a highly sensitive mission. Joined by Erica Long, their objective is to disable a secret nuclear weapon hidden deep within the embassy since the Cold War. The embassy is taken over by terrorists and civilians, including Steve's stepson are taken hostage.
