Sarah has been immersed in the craft industry from a very young age, thanks to her mom, Cheryl Haynes, designer and owner of The Prairie Grove Peddler. Sarah now invests her creativity in her new design company, A Dash of Whimsy.
She has a special interest in punch needle designs, as she enjoys the primitive, whimsical detailing of this centuries old craft. Sarah lives in Missouri with her husband Joel.

Cheryl Haynes has crafting in her blood: her parents were basket makers and her grandmothers were quilters. She has designed well over 300 patterns and books. She has had quilts displayed in calendars and various quilting magazines. She began her business by hand crafting oak and reed baskets, designing patterns for dolls and quilted wall hangings.
