About the Author
"Mr. Albert Pollack, a Principle Research Scientist, and Dr. Abraham Chen, a Research Leader, are with Environmental Restoration Department at Battelle, an international contract research organization with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Battelle's Environmental Restoration Department conducts innovative technology research, development, demonstration, testing, and evaluation. Mr. Roy Haught and Dr. James Goodrich are Environmental Scientists with Water Supply and Water Resources Division at National Risk Management Research Laboratory, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Cincinnati, Ohio.
