About the Author
Dr. Shanlong Kuang earned his B.Sc.E. and M.Sc.E. degrees in Surveying Engineering from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping, in P.R. China, and a Ph.D. from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. He is currently Director of Geodetic Surveys at American Surveying Consultants, P.C. in Dixon, Illinois, U.S.A.
