About the Author
David A. Anstey (Fort Worth, TX) is a senior systems analyst in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His 11 years of computer science experience include consulting, as well as designing and developing Oracle based applications and client/server systems. David is president of the Fort Worth Oracle Users Group (FWOUG) and the editor-in-chief of the ODTUG Technical Journal (formerly briefCASE). He has written several articles for the ODTUG Technical Journal and presents regularly at local and regional Oracle conferences.
