Lawrence L. Lippitt, Ph.D., is president of Lippitt.Carter Consulting and cofounder of the Preferred Futuring Network. The son of Ron Lippitt, a pioneer in the field of organization development and whole-system change methodologies, Larry learned from some of the most influential OD thinkers and practitioners of the 1960s and 1970s.
