KAREN LEE-THORP has spent two decades helping people apply Scripture to their lives. As Senior Editor of the NavPress Bible study line and author of more than fifty books and Bible study guides, Karen has become a sought-after spokesperson on the real-world relevance of timeless truth. Her books and Bible studies have been nominated for Gold Medallion awards three times by the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association.
Karen was the series editor of the LIFECHANGE Bible studies as well as the author of many of the guides in that series. Some of her other books include Why Beauty Matters, How to Ask Great Questions, and A Compact Guide to the Bible. With Carol Kent she wrote the DESIGNED FOR INFLUENCE studies. She also wrote the reader's guides for the Trinity Forum Study Series.
A graduate of Yale University, Karen also speaks and consults with local churches on designing small group programs that meet their unique needs. She lives with her husband in California.
