INTRODUCTION

The basic premise and intention of this book is to provide both a layman's "use guide" and a comprehensive medical text on the proper use and application of crystals and gemstones as tools for wellness.

These minerals are precision instruments capable of balancing one's mind, body, and spirit to a state of "well being." As the human being is a delicate equation of all three, it is necessary to treat all three areas simultaneously when one is out of balance. As we are three bodies in one, the spiritual, the mental, and the physical, we must understand that imbalance, as well as healing, takes place in the spiritual body first, then the mental, and finally the physical.

All forms of imbalance equate to toxicity, which in turn manifests as illness. We have not, as yet, perfected methods of diagnosing and treating precisely the imbalances that take place in the spirit. We have just begun to uncover the means of addressing the imbalances of the mind. This makes our physical body the main focus when searching for healing....
