About the Author
LCDR Thad A. Gaebelein is a former Army major who taught military history at West Point. During his career he also served as an infantry officer and assault helicopter pilot. He has also served as a headmaster for a prestigious private school. Currently he is an instructor at the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. Ron P. Simmons is the COO of Viatech, Inc., a multi-million dollar printing company. He is the author of the highly praised Value-Directed Management, a text used in MBA programs throughout the country.
