Anne I. Eason is a special education attorney who limits her practice to inclusive education. She also trains parents and professionals about least restrictive environment for students with disabilities. Kathleen Whitbread, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Associate Director of Programs for the University of Connecticut A.J. Pappanikou Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service. Dr. Whitbread has over 20 years of experience in designing and managing programs in the fields of education and human services.
