About the Author
Daniel Rickett is Assistant Professor of Leadership in the School of International Leadership and Development at Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania, and Senior Advisor of Partnership Development & Strategy for Partners International. Dr. Rickett is an international consultant and organization development specialist with over 20 years of field experience.
