About the Author

For 35 years, Lynda Murphy has dedicated her life to helping women and teens overcome a poor self image and find their true identity in Christ. She is founder/owner of Total Image a self-improvement program, and the Total Image Christian Summer Camp. For fourteen years Lynda was Director of Women s Ministries at Calvary Bible Church.
