Synopsis

About the Author
Jennifer Lipsey is a successful visual artist and arts instructor. Her artwork consists mainly of abstract mixed-media pantings which are displayed in galleries throughout the Southeastern U.S. and are part of permanent collections nationwide.

Pictures in a rainbow of brilliant colors accompany the instructions, supplying children with examples to copy and inspiration to extend what they have learned to make more pictures.
