Czarnecki is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Deltennium Group, a diversified holding company with interests in retail services, business-to-business services, franchising, trust administrative services, paralegal services, and consumer financial services. He has had a diverse career as a change agent with responsibilities in a range of different industries from retail merchandising, consumer banking, retail financial services, and operations and technology.
