About the Author
Tarmo Anttalainen is a principal lecturer at Espoo-Vantaa Institute of Technology in Finland, where he specializes in data communications, telecommunications networking, and cellular technology. He holds an M.S. in telecommunications from the Helsinki University of Technology.
