About the Author
Michael A. Harvey, PhD, is a psychologist who specializes in deafness and hearing loss. He is the author of Listen with the Heart: Relationships and Hearing Loss, The Odyssey of Hearing Loss, and Psychotherapy with Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons. He lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
