Sally Grindley is the author of numerous books for children. In England, she is the recipient of the Federation of Children's Books Group Prize for SSSSH! In addition to spending time writing, she also enjoys playing tennis, painting with watercolor, and studying wildlife. She lives in England.

Eleanor Taylor divides her time between illustrating children's books and painting scenes on the walls of people's homes. This is her first picture book to be published in the U.S. She lives in London, England.
