AUTHOR BIO: Angeline Lopatka was born in Chicago, Illinois at various schools and colleges in Chicago and Wheaton, IL. She has enjoyed diverse roles in her community as a homemaker, mother of two children, and politician. Currently she serves as a committeewoman in DuPage Country in suburban Illinois.
Ms. Lopatka loves literature of all kinds, especially poetry. She is an accomplished writer whose previous works include: "Poems, Thoughts, Experiences," published in 1996; and "Poetry from my Heart," published in 1997. Her poem "Enticing Pathway" was included in the Best Poems of 1997 by the National Library of Congress. As she is both a writer and a politician, it is a special joy to her that her books have been read and enjoyed by members of the Illinois Senate and House of Representatives.
