'Over and Over Again' tells the story of Fabio Herrera's emotional crisis and the steps he took to begin rebuilding his world. It was when he sought help from a therapist that he was able to identify the underlying source of his irrational behavior. Diagnosed as suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), he began following an effective course of treatment that has allowed him to reassert control over his life.

About the Author:

Fabio Herrera was born in Colombia, South America. He immigrated to the United States when he was 20 years old with the optimism and the hope of starting a new life. He started to work in a factory as a janitor. Later on Mr. Herrera earned the confidence of the owner and became his human resources manager. While he was working, he earned his GED and his bachelor degree in business and management from North Park University, then his Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the same university and finally a Ph.D. in Business and Marketing at the University of San Moritz.

Mr. Herrera has worked in different companies in the areas of human resources, production, and marketing and as a business professor. He has served as an academic advisor for the School for New Learning (SNL) Program at DePaul University, as a member of the small business for minorities at the Federal Reserve Bank, and as Executive Director for the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago. Now Mr. Herrera is running his own business, International Management Consultants, Inc. (IMC, Inc.) that specializes in computer training for individuals as well as for businesses for the Hispanic community in the Chicago Metropolitan area. The company began in 1996 with 15 students and it is expected to serve 700 students by the end of 1999.
