About the Author
Tim Packman's passion for racing, and the people in it, started at local tracks in Western New York watching his father and stepfather race. He's been covering motorsports since 1994 as an announcer and writer. In 2000, he became a staff writer for a NASCAR web site. Two years later, he took his writing style to a premier Winston Cup Series team as their web site editor. He proudly displays writing awards from the FOAR Score Club of WNY and the Eastern Motorsports Press Association.
