About the Author:
Heidi Rothenbuehler has an Associate’s degree in Applied Science Computer Information Systems. She has worked as an AS/400 system operator for five years and has taught AS/400 classes at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She is now a freelance computer consultant who specializes in AS/400 and Novell network administration.
Patrice Gapen has an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Alaska and a Master of Science degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She has coauthored 11 textbooks about PC software and about the AS/400. She is a mother of two daughters and unwinds by flying aircraft.
