About the Author
James L. Drexler, PhD, is dean of the social sciences and the Graduate School of Education at Covenant College. He earned his doctorate in educational leadership at Saint Louis University and served for twenty-three years as a middle - and high-school teacher, coach, and administrator in St. Louis.
