About the Author
Lindsay Williams is a charismatic chef and caterer. He is the owner of Neo Soul Events and Catering, a healthy soul-food personal chef and catering company, and is opening a restaurant in Harlem in 2007. He has appeared on Your Total Health, Extra, Anderson Cooper 360ยก, Fox and Friends, and The View, and has been featured in Newsweek, People magazine, and more.
