Patrick B. Malley, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and Professor Emeritus of the Department of Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as Associate Chair of the Department of Psychology, and taught the required ethical courses in the program. He is also author of Legal and Ethical Dimensions for Mental Health Professionals.
