About the Author

Brien A. Roche is a 1976 graduate of the George Washington University School of Law and has practiced law in the Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland jurisdictions for over 25 years. Mr. Roche has taught law to students in local college and is the noted author of two recognized legal texts: Virginia Torts Case Finder and Virginia Domestic Relations Case Finder, which are both published by the largest publisher of law books in the United States. Mr. Roche has written extensively for the Journal of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Virginia Bar News. Finally, Mr. Roche is a noted personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigator in Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland. He is married with seven children and resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
