About the Author

Mike Noel is in his ninth season at the helm of the Clovis High school (CA) softball team. In his first eight years wit the Cougars, Noel’s teams have combined for a record of 264-48-3, a winning percentage of .849. During his tenure, Noel has coaches 11 All-Americans, 17 All-State selections, and 23 All-Valley picks. Mike has been named Valley Coach of the Year three times and League Coach of the Year six times. He was further honored after the 1996 and 1999 seasons by being named a head coach in the annual summer All-Star game. His teams have always ranked in the top 20 in the state, including 2nd three times and 3rd twice.

Stephenie Jordan is a former volleyball and track & field conference champion. She has coached volleyball, basketball, and track at the camp, junior high, and high school levels.
