About the Author:
Willy Pogany (1882-1955) studied in Budapest, Munich, and Paris before his success as a book illustrator began with the publication of The Welsh Fairy Book in England. He illustrated more than 100 books including The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, Tanglewood Tales, and The Children's Homer.
