About the Author:

W. Michael Reisman is the Myres S. McDougal Professor of International Law at Yale Law School. Mahnoush H. Arsanjani is the Deputy Director, Codification Division, Office of Legal Affairs, United Nations Secretariat. Siegfried Wiessner is Professor of Law, and Director of the Graduate Program in Intercultural Human Rights at St. Thomas University School of Law. Gayl S. Westerman is Professor of Law, and Director, International Programs at Pace University School of Law.
