About the Author
Robert P. Merges is the Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati Professor of Law and Technology at U.C. Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law, and Professor of Law, U.C. Davis Law School. He is also a co-Director of the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology.
Jane C. Ginsburg is the Morton L. Janklow Professor of Literary and Artistic Property Law, and co-Director of the Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts at Columbia Law School.
