Review

The book also provides a convenient and enjoyable review for those who may have followed the literature as it emerged." - Journal of Developing Areas * "Provides an overview of the debate over the causes and dynamics of the persistent and even widening income gap between rich and poor countries and the rich and poor within the poor countries." - Canadian Journal of Political Science * "This high-quality collection ... deals in a balanced way both with internal and international inequality ... Advanced under-graduates and graduate students in international politics, economics, and diplomacy can fruitfully use them." - Choice
