About the Author
Waheguru Pal Singh Sidhu is on the faculty of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. Bushra Asif is an independent consultant based in New York. Cyrus Samii, formerly senior program officer at the International Peace Academy, is a doctoral candidate in political science at Columbia University.
