The book also includes a full working copy of ArcView GIS software (good for 180 days from the date of installation) and all of the sample data required to run the exercises.

Wilpen Gorr is a professor of Public Policy and Management Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University. Professor Gorr's current projects include developing leading indicator forecast models for law enforcement, decision support systems for facility location decisions, and information systems for support of policy and planning in organizations.
