About the Author

Bennett G. Picker is a partner in the Philadelphia law firm of Stradley Ronen Stevens & Young, LLP, and a former Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Picker, who chairs the firm's ADR Practice Group, concentrates his practice as a mediator and arbitrator in complex business disputes and as an advocate in negotiation and mediation on behalf of clients. He is a Member of the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals of the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution and the Commercial Mediation Panels of the American Arbitration Association. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and the International Academy of Mediators.
