We live in a wild and out-of-control world. Out-of-control passions, tempers, and habits lead many to personal vices such as eating disorders, pornography addiction, emotional abuse, foul language, destructive spending habits, or sexual promiscuity. Favorite youth speaker Curtis Castillow says, "If you could perfectly control that one thing that you struggle with, what dirrerence would that make in your life?...We all fight the battle between spirit and body. The key to 'overcome all things' (D&C 76:69) is following the Lord Jesus Christ." Using motivating stories from the life of Ghandi, encouraging and humorous insights from latter-day prophets, Brother Castillow convincingly shows us how we will receive the lasting help we need.
