About the Author:
Lucy Simons was born and raised in eastern Oklahoma inthe Ozark region. From the time she was quite small,her great grandmother lived with the family. Lucy says it was spending her days with this elder that provided her ability to connect with others, give comfort and love when problems arise. Lucy is the author of two texts on employment related issues for private colleges, a collection of poems, a one-woman play for Business & Professional Women, Soul Food: Feeding The Inner Spirit and her latest book, Killing Grandma & Other Family Issues.
