Lei-da Chen, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Technology in the College of Business Administration of Creighton University. Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis. His research and consulting interests include electronic commerce, mobile e-commerce, Web-based systems development, data warehousing and mining, and diffusion of information technology in organizations. Dr. Chen has published over 40 professional articles in refereed journals and national and international conference proceedings. His research has appeared in Information & Management, ACM SIGMIS Data Base, Communications of AIS, Journal of Management Systems, Information Systems Management, Logistics Information Management, Information Resources Management Journal, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Electronic Markets, and Journal of Education for MIS. In 2001, Dr. Chen was recognized as one of the most published e-commerce researchers by the International Journal of Electronic Commerce. Dr. Chen is on the review board for a number of professional journals and is listed in the Who’s Who in Information Technology. Gordon W. Skelton, Ph.D. is an adjunct faculty member of the School of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering at Jackson State University. Prior to joining Jackson State, Dr. Skelton was an adjunct professor with the University of Mississippi’s Jackson Engineering Graduate Program in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications. Dr. Skelton is also employed as Vice President for Information Services with Mississippi Valley Title Insurance Company in Jackson, MS. He received his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of South Africa. He has published and lectured on the subject of wireless application development and software quality. His current research interests are directed towards wireless application development, mobile computing, software quality assurance, embedded application development, and wireless sensor networks. Dr. Skelton is an IEEE Certified Software Development Professional and an ASQ Software Quality Engineer.
