About the Author

Ba Luvmour pioneered whole-family experiential learning and has led hundreds of seminars for parents and educators in Natural Learning Rhythms (NRL). He has co-authored books on NLR-related topics and spoken at national and international conferences.As Executive Director, he has overseen EnCompass growth since its inception in 1985. His responsibilities include networking, fundraising, board development, program facilitation and research.Ba and Josette live in Portland, OR.
