About the Author:

Herb Kindler has conducted hundreds of leadership training programs in the United States and abroad. He is an M.I.T. graduate with his doctorate in management from UCLA. He was a chief engineer and CEO in industry before becoming full professor of management at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He currently conducts short courses at corporations, universities, and government organizations.
