About the Author
Dr. Astrid Tschense-Oesterle has been working for SAP since 2001. As Product Management Specialist, she is responsible for Java Monitoring in the Java Engine Product Management Team. Bridging the gap between customers and development, she is working on the roll-in of feature requests, as well as the roll-out of information. Further, she oversees the Software Cycle of the tools provided by SAP for administering the Java components.
