About the Author:

Markus Helfen is Consulting Director of the SAP Test Management Consulting unit of SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG. Previously, he was head of the Quality Management department at SAP Retail Solutions and supported the quality assurance in the mySAP Retail product development within SAP AG. He gained many years of experience dealing with quality assurance issues, particularly in the area of testing.

Hans Martin Trauthwein is board member at Sofis AG, a consulting firm which -- among others -- specializes in Application Life Cycle Management with SAP Solution Manager (incl. SAP Test Management). Before working at Sofis, Hans Martin was a Principal Consultant in the SAP Test Management Consulting consulting unit of SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG. Since 1996, he has gained wide-ranging experience, both within the group and with customers, in the areas of quality assurance, test management and automation with SAP tools and Basis technologies, and the SAP Solution Manager. He has put this know-how to good use in his project activities.
