About the Author

Jim Brogden is an experienced data warehouse developer for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and former consultant from Atlanta, Ga. He's and award-winning author and one of the first 40 people in the world to receive the BOCP-BOE and BOCP Migration specialist certifications, (September 2006). He has a Master's in Information Technology and has developed business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions for Fortune 10 corporations to start-ups. He's a graduate of the University of South Alabama.

Heather Sinkwitz gained her expertise while working as a Business Intelligence consultant specializing in SAP BusinessObjects training and reporting solutions.
