About the Author:

Jim Brogden is an experienced data warehouse developer for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and former consultant from Atlanta, Ga. He's and award-winning author and one of the first 40 people in the world to receive the BOCP-BOE and BOCP Migration specialist certifications, (September 2006). He has a Master's in Information Technology and has developed business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions for Fortune 10 corporations to start-ups. He's a graduate of the University of South Alabama.

Heather Sinkwitz gained her expertise while working as a Business Intelligence consultant specializing in SAP BusinessObjects training and reporting solutions. She is actively involved in the BI community, serves on the board of the local Arizona BusinessObjects Crystal User Group, contributes to the ASUG Education Influence Special Interest Group and Web Intelligence Influence Council, and speaks at local and national events. Heather enjoys presenting data in new and unique ways to help businesses make informed decisions and remain competitive in today's market.

Dallas Marks is a certified SAP BusinessObjects instructor with over a decade of BusinessObjects experience, and is a frequent presenter at SAPPHIRE NOW, ASUG s SAP BusinessObjects User Conference, and ASUG chapter meetings.
