Yannick Jacques is a partner in Deloitte's SAP practice. He is based in Brussels and leads the SAP GTS practice globally. Yannick has over 17 years of experience in SAP ERP implmentation, with a particular focus in the implementation of SAP GTS by applying leading practice methodologies.

Nick Morris is a partner in the Indirect Tax practice in Brussels and leads the customs and global trade automation team. The customs and global trade automation team provides companies and public bodies with support and advice, on a worldwide basis, in respect of technology solutions for Tax and accounting. Nick focuses on support and advice regarding global trade solutions and has accumulated substantial SAP expertise (including SAP GTS, SAP FT, SAP IS-OIL, and SAP Beverage).
