Jay D. Gralla, Ph.D., is a professor of biochemistry and molecular biology at UCLA. With a Ph.D. in biophysics from Yale, he has been a fellow at Harvard University and the Pasteur Institute in France.
Preston Gralla is the author of over 20 books and has written for USA Today, Los Angeles Times, the Boston Globe Sunday Magazine, and the Dallas Morning News, where he was a technology columnist. He has also been featured on national television and radio.
